These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 09bt ("Platform", "We", "Us"). They govern your access to and use of the 09bt website at https://09bt.bio, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players without exception.

By accessing the 09bt platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account. 09bt reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 1

Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

"Platform" means the 09bt website accessible at https://09bt.bio and all associated pages, services, games, and features operated by or on behalf of 09bt.

"Player" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform, whether or not they have placed a bet or made a deposit.

"Account" means the registered player profile created on the Platform, associated with a unique Bangladeshi mobile number and used to access all Platform services.

"Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonus amounts, reload bonuses, free spin winnings, or other incentive values credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

"BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency used for all financial transactions on the Platform.

Section 2

Eligibility to Use 09bt

2.1

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any services on the 09bt Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 09bt reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, any winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.

2.2

Eligibility Restrictions

You are not eligible to register or use the Platform if any of the following apply to you:

You are under 21 years of age.
You have previously had an Account closed or suspended by 09bt for breach of these Terms.
You are acting on behalf of another person or as an agent in placing bets.
You are currently subject to a self-exclusion arrangement on this or any affiliated platform.

2.3

Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one Account on the Platform at any time. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected — whether during registration, KYC verification, or withdrawal processing — 09bt reserves the right to merge or close the duplicate accounts, withhold any balances pending investigation, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

Account Registration and Verification

3.1

Registration Requirements

To register an Account on 09bt, you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, create a secure password, and confirm that you meet the age and eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to keep your Account details up to date at all times. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure.

3.2

KYC Verification

09bt conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with its internal compliance procedures. KYC verification is required before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds and may be triggered at any time at 09bt's discretion. You must provide a valid National Identity Document (NID) or other government-issued identification when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 09bt may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

3.3

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. You agree to notify 09bt support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. 09bt will not be held liable for any losses arising from:

Your failure to keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your own actions or negligence.
Use of your Account by a third party to whom you have voluntarily or negligently disclosed your credentials.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1

Accepted Payment Methods and Currency

All financial transactions on 09bt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 09bt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment channels may be made available at 09bt's discretion and will be displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party payment is not permitted. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of the withdrawal request.

4.2

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by 09bt during normal operating hours. The typical processing time is within 15 minutes of approval for transactions processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where a withdrawal is subject to KYC review. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. 09bt reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal of significant amounts.

4.3

Anti-Money Laundering Obligations

09bt is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. Players must not use 09bt for any money laundering or financial crime purpose. All large transactions and unusual account activity are subject to review. Where suspicious activity is identified, 09bt reserves the right to freeze the Account, withhold funds pending investigation, and report the activity to relevant authorities as required. Players are required to cooperate fully with any investigation and to provide documentation establishing the legitimate source of funds when requested.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1

General Bonus Terms

From time to time, 09bt may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the point of offer, including applicable wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds requirements. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

5.2

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they can be converted to real money and withdrawn. The following standard conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific offer states otherwise:

Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period stated at the time of the offer.
Bets placed on certain game types (e.g. live sports, low-RTP games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering completion.
If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
09bt reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings where abuse or exploitation of a promotional offer is detected.

5.3

Bonus Abuse

09bt actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedge bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk, using automated scripts or bots to place bets, and colluding with other players. Where bonus abuse is detected, 09bt reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and winnings accrued through abusive activity, suspend or permanently close the Account, and withhold funds pending investigation.

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 09bt Platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable.

Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
Using any software, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
Depositing, betting, or withdrawing funds that originate from illegal or fraudulent activity.
Colluding with other players, dealers, or 09bt staff to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 09bt staff or other players via any communication channel.
Attempting to exploit technical errors, game bugs, or software vulnerabilities to obtain funds or unfair advantages.

6.1

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where 09bt determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, 09bt may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice: immediately suspend or permanently close the Account; void any bets placed and cancel any associated winnings; withhold or recover any funds from the Account balance; and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities. 09bt's determination of prohibited conduct is final for operational purposes.

Section 7

Account Suspension and Termination

7.1

Suspension by 09bt

09bt reserves the right to suspend any Account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Account is being used in breach of these Terms; a security incident affecting the Account has occurred or is suspected; the Account is subject to a dispute, chargeback, or investigation; or any KYC documentation submitted is found to be fraudulent or incomplete. During suspension, all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold and no new bets may be placed until the matter is resolved.

7.2

Closure by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 09bt customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification. Bonus funds remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure does not affect any obligations you may have outstanding under these Terms at the date of closure.

Section 8

Responsible Gaming Commitment

8.1

Player Protection Tools

09bt provides deposit limit settings, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options to all registered players. These tools are accessible from the Account settings area. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to contact 09bt support for assistance. 09bt reserves the right to impose mandatory limits on any Account where patterns of play suggest problematic gambling behavior, even in the absence of a player request.

8.2

Self-Exclusion

Players may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months or on a permanent basis by contacting 09bt customer support. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and no new deposits or bets may be placed. Promotional communications will be suppressed during the exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open a new Account during the exclusion period; any such Account will be closed immediately and any deposits returned.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

9.1

Service Availability

09bt provides its Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 09bt uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain continuous and uninterrupted service, it does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. 09bt will not be liable for any losses — including but not limited to lost bets, missed promotions, or delayed withdrawals — caused by system outages, scheduled or emergency maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment processing delays that are outside 09bt's direct control.

9.2

Exclusion of Consequential Losses

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 09bt's total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you and held in your Account balance at the time the claim arises. 09bt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even where 09bt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Amendments to These Terms

10.1

Right to Amend

09bt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 09bt will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

Section 11

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1

Dispute Submission

Any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of the 09bt Platform must first be submitted to 09bt customer support. You must provide full details of the dispute including your Account username, the date and time of the relevant event, the amount in question, and a clear description of the issue. 09bt will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. All disputes regarding specific bet outcomes or game results must be submitted within 72 hours of the event in question; disputes submitted outside this window may not be eligible for review.

11.2

Applicable Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming and wagering in the jurisdiction in which 09bt operates. By using the Platform, you agree that any legal proceedings relating to your Account or use of the Platform shall be conducted in the appropriate forum. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
